Our commitment is to harness cutting-edge technologies – Causal AI complemented with Neuroscience such as Implicit Intelligence – to advance and refine Marketing research, ensuring it delivers actionable insights and drives meaningful results.

After our early Causal AI methodology was published 2008 at a peer-reviewed paper Academia and Enterprises licenced the software (named NEUSREL at that time) and asked for consultancy.

The success the software provided to clients was so overwhelming, we established in 2014 Success Drivers GmbH – a marketing science research agency.

Over the years we developed standardized approaches and tools. We launched CX.AI in 2018 and Supra.tools in 2022.

Today we unified all we do under the SUPRA brand, providing managed services and tools.

Why Causal AI?

Marketing research revolves around one crucial question: “Which actions drive the best outcomes?” Traditional methods often rely on surface-level data, correlations, and stories that may seem logical but lack depth.

 

While statistical models are highly optimized, akin to Formula One cars, they can falter when applied to real-world scenarios. AI-based modelling offers great potential but is not without challenges, such as model drift, bias, and inadequate explanations.

 

Causal AI addresses these issues by integrating advanced AI techniques to tackle key methodological challenges: multicollinearity, confounders, causal directions, and indirect effects. The result? Insights that are both closer to the truth and highly practical provide a more accurate and actionable understanding of what drives outcomes.

Why Implicit Intelligence?
